About us
Incorporated nearly a decade ago, TIG Solutions Ltd remains privately owned to this day.
We are a Lloyds Accredited utility infrastructure provider based in Worcestershire, and we specialise in the delivery and installation of utilities infrastructures to a wide range of clients.
From small beginnings as a one-man operation working with a small number of clients on select projects, we now employ dedicated project and operations teams and work with some of the biggest names in the UK. Our projects range from private single-dwelling upgrades to new housing and commercial developments. Due to customer demand, we have also recently expanded our portfolio to include multi-utility infrastructure capability; i.e. gas, water, and electric installation.
Since the very beginning we have been focused on delivering a quality service to all our clients, no matter how big or small the project may be. To assist us in this we have implemented a number of quality control systems, all of which are backed up by our long standing ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.
Our experience has helped us to understand that the client doesn't want to deal with five or six different companies just to have utilities installed, so they don't have to. We work closely with a wide-range of organisations which means that we become the sole point of contact for the project. This helps us to maintain control over the installation as well as ensure that the client receives the best possible service from us, with minimum delays.
